Customer Training and Documentation (CTD)

CTD is an ISO certified training team offering a whole breadth of classes on the Verizon products available to our customers. We provide classes for commercial customers, as well as state and federal government employees. In addition, we provide numerous user guides on those products. Most of the classes are Events held in a virtual classroom. Thus, you will both register for and Attend the class using the virtual classroom software available once you log in. However, for our state and federal government employees, there are also options to enroll in physical on-site classroom events.
